About the Role

Unique opportunity to join an organization that is in a transformation stage as they build out their infrastructure with dramatic growth. The Vice President of Sales will facilitate overall management and strategic oversight of the North America “corporate market” sales division. The position can be remote or located in one of the client’s North America offices – CA or NJ or FL. This division calls on US based businesses that have operations and/or employees overseas.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage sales representatives responsible for core lines of business in North America – Health, Life, Disability, and Travel
  • Monitor and track the product position against the competitive landscape
  • Provide oversight over management of all North America broker relationships
  • Interact with internal executives and external partners to build relationships and become a central point of contact for new partnerships and product roll-outs
  • Assist in development of key new markets, product enhancements, and technical tools

Skills & Experience

  • 7-10 + years of experience as a sales leader for an insurance brokerage or carrier
  • International Life and Health insurance Industry experience required
  • Demonstrated strategic leadership over an experienced sales division
  • Experienced in the nuances of International Employee Benefits
  • Possesses network of broker relationships across US & Canada

Compensation, Benefits, & Perks

$150,000 to $180,000. Bonus target 20%. Health, Dental and Vision, 401K / Roth, Life Insurance, Long Term Disability Insurance, Paid Holiday and PTO time.
