Sr. Manager/Head of Personal Lines Product Management - New Jersey

Now that 2020 performance bonuses are in, are you ready to consider a jump into the next step of your career?  Our client is a profitable and growing Property and Casualty Insurance carrier that is seeking a Head of Personal Lines Product Management which is located in New Jersey.  Candidates will be responsible for product development and product management across all lines of personal lines.  Company is growing into additional states, which will allow you to put your finger print on the growth of the company.  

Responsibilities:

• Develop short and long-term profitable growth strategies for Personal Lines products across all states
• Oversee competitor analysis process and development of new products
• Work closely with senior management of the organization

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree and insurance designations are a plus
• 10 years of personal lines product management
• 10 years of personnel management
• Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to "manage up" with C Suite leaders
