About the Role
There is an immediate job opening with a Top 10 national insurance broker in Pearland. They are carving out a new position for an experienced insurance Commercial Insurance Account Manager. This book realignment will help current CSMs who are at capacity but also seed you with existing accounts that will be a good foundation and keep growing. Here is an overview of the job highlights:
- Location: Pearland. Currently everyone is 100% work-from-home/remote with COVID. Once employees return to the office, there can be a discussion about a split schedule.
- Book of Business: By and large a generalist book, the industries span distributors, wholesalers, manufacturers and industrial to real estate, restaurant and retail.
- Compensation: Base salary range is $50k to $55k depending on experience.
- System: The agency utilizes EPIC. Familiarity with this system or a similar AMS is acceptable.
- Team: Each position has a similar internal org structure. You work closely with a team of experienced account managers and support 5-6 producers.
Skills & Experience
- At least 2-3 years of commercial property and casualty insurance experience in customer service, account management or policy support
- Active insurance license
