Homeowners Property Claims Manager - Houston, Texas
Growing and profitable Property and Casualty Insurance carrier is seeking a Claims Manager for their Homeowners Property claims group. Candidates will have the opportunity to build a claims unit and be responsible for all aspects of CAT and daily property claims operations. The right candidate will have a strong entrepreneurial spirit and given the leeway to implement new ideas in virtual claims handling etc. The emphasis will be in middle market personal property in Texas and Louisiana. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years' total experience adjusting and managing residential and/or commercial property claims.
- 3 years of supervisory or management experience
- Property claims experience in Texas required. Experience in Louisiana is a plus.
- Bachelor's Degree is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of products
- Excellent leadership and communications skills
