Duties & Responsibilities
- Claims Management of Third-Party Administrators and Independent Adjusters
- Manage catastrophe orientations, emergency response, assistance of independent adjusting partners
- Train, manage, evaluate, and develop TPA firms
- Monitor workloads and work quality
Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 10 years of personal property claims experience, 3+ of that being in a supervisory role
- Knowledge of catastrophe management
- Experience managing Third Party Property vendors is preferred
- Strong technical claim handling in personal property coverage and policy interpretation
Compensation
$90,000 to $115,000
