We are looking to hire a contract Claims Specialist, Private Company E&O, A&E to join our team in New Jersey. This assignment will be 2-3 months.
Job Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze complex coverage issues and prepare coverage position letters
- Investigate, analyze and evaluate liability and damages
- Prepare large claim reports
- Manage and direct outside counsel - review and approve budgets and fee statements
Job Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience professional liability claims handling experience
- JD/experience practice law preferred
$60.00-$80.00 per hour
