Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage staff of inside adjusters handling personal lines property claims in the States of Texas and Louisiana
- Claims Management of Vendors and Independent Adjusters
- Train, manage, evaluate, and develop assigned staff
- Monitor workloads and work quality
Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 10 years of personal property claims experience, 3+ of that being in a supervisory role
- Experience managing Third Party Property vendors is preferred
- Experience building a high-performance team and management of Independent Field and Desk adjusters
- Strong technical claim handling in personal property coverage and policy interpretation
Compensation
$90,000 to $115,000
