3rd Party Commercial Liability Adjusters with Bodily Injury experience- PERM
We have a client seeking a Liability Claims Adjuster AND a Senior Liability Claims Adjuster to investigate and adjust Bodily Injury Commercial Liability claims.
The adjuster will investigate, review coverage, determine liability; and defend or settle BI claims in the Retail, Hospitality and Construction industries.
Investigations may include applicable field work such as meetings, inspections, assessing damages, taking statements and photos, and documenting physical evidence.
The selected candidate will primarily handle claims from Georgia.
The position can be remote from home in FL or GA OR in our office near Orlando, FL or Atlanta, GA.
- Minimum of five years commercial liability claims adjusting for Senior Position/ Non-Senior minimum of 2 years commercial liability claims adjusting experience
- Field claims investigation work needed- 2 years minimum
- Litigation Claims management required
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record
- All Lines GA or FL Adjusters license required, additional state licensure A+
- GA and FL Commercial Liability BI claims experience required
- Preferred-Bachelor’s degree
Salary range based on experience: Senior: to $80K+ Non-Senior- $60K- $70K and includes full benefits.
