Annuity Product Manager

About the Role

This well-respected insurance company is seeking a Product Manager for their fixed indexed annuity division. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the research, development, implementation, and actions of competitive and profitable products, both new and existing.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Drive the execution of requirements for both product development and product launches
• Orchestrate all activities to bring new products to market
• Create product strategy
• Manage day-to-day relationships with internal and external implementation team and distribution partners
• Proactively manage and update the product calendar and ensure all partners stay on track
• Maintain the highest level of product knowledge and partner closely with the competitive unit to understand the competitive environment
• Work with communications team to assist with the development of materials and campaigns for product launches and with creation of marketing campaigns for post-launch product portfolio management

Skills & Experience

• 7-10 years of professional experience in an insurance product development role
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Math, or Accounting preferred
• Annuity product experience required

Compensation, Benefits, & Perks

$100-$125,000 + full benefits package + hybrid work schedule
