Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide a memorable customer experience by interacting with potential/existing clients answering questions and providing input related to questions about the company, its unique offering, and products
- Provide support for property and casualty policyholders
- Process policy changes and payments, help resolve billing issues, and data entry
- Demonstrate accuracy in processing client policy modifications based on the data given
- Verify new customers coverage and present policyholders with proof of insurance paperwork
- Send newsletters, mails, and other forms of correspondences to customers
- Forward all filed claims to the appropriate department for handling and investigation
Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of experience in customer support in a Property and Casualty insurance environment
- Ideally be a boating enthusiast
- Great communication skills, loves working with people of all kinds
- Technology-oriented with analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Thrives in a detail-oriented, fast-paced environment
Compensation
$50,000 to $55,000 + bonus target 7%
