One of the largest insurance agencies in Western and Central PA is seeking an Employee Benefits Consultant to manage the group health plans for existing clients. Ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a focus on long-term goals and retention.
Responsibilities:
•Establish relationships and maintain contact with outside vendors
•Develop programs based on the needs of each individual client
•Assist with renewal proposals and open enrollments
Education and Experience:
•Bachelor’s Degree
•8+ years with a brokerage or consulting firm
•Pennsylvania Life, Accident and Health License
