Our client is a specialty MGA looking to hire a Senior Territory Underwriter in the Alpharetta area. In this role, you will act as the "face of the company" and visit independent agents/retail insurance brokers to market the company's products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Meet and maintain relationships with assigned agents
- Build and grow a profitable book of business
- Underwrite all new business throughout the territory
Qualified candidates must have at least 5+ years of experience underwriting multi-line Property & Casualty business. Knowledge of Garage and Transportation accounts a plus. Bachelor's Degree and industry designations, such as CPCU, AU, and ARM are preferred but not required.
