Customer Service Associate - Commercial Lines

Long-standing insurance agency is seeking a Customer Service Associate in their Commercial Lines department. In this role, you will work directly with insurance company underwriters to market new and renewal business. Administrative support and general customer service duties include; preparing proposals, quote checking, reviewing applications and maintaining a detailed activity record.
 
Must have excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and quickly learn new software systems.
 
Qualified candidates should have 2-3 years of insurance experience and an active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty License. Experience with AMS 360 a plus.
