Director of Claims - Workers Compensation

Our client is an top-rated insurance carrier that specializes in writing Workers Compensation risks throughout the country. They are currently seeking a Claims Director to successfully lead the claims department and build relationships within the company.
 
In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Supervising and training a staff of 5-6 adjusters
• Assigning tasks as needed to ensure processes and procedures are followed
• Providing technical oversight and monitoring workflows
• Developing claim resolution strategies

 
Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 8+ years of Workers Compensation claims experience
• 5+ years in a management role
• Designations preferred
