Underwriting Manager - Workers Compensation

Nationally recognized insurance company is in the process of restructuring their underwriting department and are looking to add an Underwriting Manager to their team. This newly created role will oversee Large Workers Compensation accounts within the construction, manufacturing and transportation markets.
 
This hybrid role will build a client base through business development initiatives and manage the underwriting process from start to finish. You will work closely with all departments including mentoring fellow underwriters and analyzing productivity and growth performance with senior leadership.
 
Qualifications:
•5+ years of Workers Compensation Underwriting experience
•5+ years of experience managing Large Accounts
•Bachelor’s Degree
•Designations such as CPCU and ARM preferred
