Job Summary

**This position is a permanent remote home-based worker opportunity. Your home office does not need to be near an Allstate office, but it does need to be in the United States. This SailPoint engineering roleis eligible for a monthly connectivity reimbursement to offset the costs of internet and phone expenses.**

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administration and support of SailPoint IIQ products
  • Managea fully integrated, highly available application environment
  • Utilizeknowledge of Oracle databases and their interaction with the Solaris/Linux Operating System to support our IDM platform
  • Reviewand support technical components for complex applications, monitoring of infrastructure components
  • Planand executeITIL activities for incidents, problems, changes and enhancements
  • Provide thorough incident investigation, diagnosis, and resolution
  • Communicate effectively with peers, quality control, testing, and other technology teams
  • Display a strong focus on documentation and standards
  • Provide administration and support of Identity Manager products and Java language
  • Utilizeknowledge of Solaris/Linux with basic scripting skills for platform support

Job Qualifications

  • 4+ years of relevant IAM experience working with IIQ 7.x , Identity integrations, including one or more of Active Directory, LDAP, ISAM and other cloud/federated Identity Management systems
  • 3+ years of Java web application development and support ofvarious authentication protocols (Kerberos, LDAP, OAuth, SAML, etc.)
  • Experience with scripting (JavaScript, VBScript, PowerShell) and SQL queries
