Senior Territory Underwriter - Oil & Gas

Our client is a highly-rated, specialty underwriter known for providing exceptional products within the Oil & Gas industry.
 
They are currently seeking a Senior Territory Underwriter to manage their agency partners and ensure stability and company growth.
 
In this role, you will:
•Build a profitable book of large Oil & Gas / Energy accounts
•Meet with new and existing agents to promote company products and develop relationships
•Underwrite all new and renewal business throughout the specified territory
•Evaluate submissions and quotes to determine risk eligibility
 
To be qualified, you should have:
•5+ years of Commercial underwriting experience with a focus on casualty lines
•Knowledge of Oil & Gas / Energy accounts required
•Bachelor’s Degree and designations such as CPCU preferred
•Strong network of agency relationships
•Ability to travel
