Currently seeking a responsible individual for their busy corporate mail center. Enjoy utilizing state of the art imaging system.
Duties include ensuring all incoming mail is handled efficiently and also searching inquiry screens at computer in order to obtain claims or policyholder related information, determine disposition of documents, and complete processing.
This position is located in Sarasota, FL office.
Compensation between $16-$17/hour.
Education Required -High School degree minimum
* One year of relevant office experience.
* Basic knowledge of ImageRight, Claims Center, Express Serve, and AS400.
* Basic knowledge of Commercial Lines Regional Operations workflow and procedures.
* Excellent communication, customer service, interpersonal and organizational skills.
* Ability to analyze, define and solve problems; the use of good judgment and decision-making.
