About the Role
MGA seeks Commercial Vehicle Fleet Underwriting leader for opportunity to join a growing company that provides Monoline Commercial Auto to over 80 classes of Residential & Commercial Artisan Contractors. Their experienced underwriters customize policies to meet the unique needs that contractors require to stay on the job and protect their daily operations.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Providing leadership and direction to underwriting staff
- Developing and implementing roadmaps to company goals, product enhancements, and producing greatest returns for the company
- Communication of quality assurance plans to the product team and implementation of product metrics through marketing content strategies
- Participating in form development to profitable growth and proper position within market
Skills & Experience
- At least 7 years of commercial auto underwriting experience with specific expertise small to mid-sized contractor fleets as ideal
- 3 years of leadership experience
Compensation & Benefits
$140k to $150k + full benefits package + bonus opportunity
