Personal Lines Account Manager

About the Role

An independent Chicago insurance agency is looking for an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager who can immediately step in to handle a portfolio of personal lines home and auto business placed through multiple insurance companies. This position is available due to an upcoming retirement.

Duties & Responsibilities

Keys to your success include:

• Ability to quickly process policy changes, additions, billing, claims status, and renewals
• Maintain and update coverage summaries, prepare binders, and ensure accuracy of new policies prior to client delivery

Skills & Experience

• At least three (3) years of insurance experience servicing personal lines policies (home and auto) policies
• Independent insurance agency experience is required
• State insurance license

Job Specs

Location: Downtown Chicago with a hybrid work schedule (at least 1 day/week in the office) after training/onboarding is completed.
