Our client is a top-rated insurance carrier that specializes in writing Workers Compensation risks throughout the country. They are currently seeking a Senior Regional Underwriter to manage their agency partners in Virginia and North Carolina. They write through independent agents and focus on larger, loss-sensitive accounts.
In this role, you will:
•Underwrite all new and renewal business
•Develop relationships throughout the specified territory
•Meet with new and existing agents to promote company products
To be qualified, you should have:
•3+ years of Workers Compensation underwriting experience
•Bachelor’s Degree required, industry designations such as CPCU preferred
•Experience with Loss Sensitive and High Hazard accounts is preferred
