The Employee Benefits Account Manager is a career opportunity at one of the country’s largest privately held insurance agencies. With over over 2,500 employees in 60+ offices spanning coast to coast, they are open to an experienced health and welfare client manager joining their team remotely.

Job Specs

  • Location:100% remote, work-from-home to manage a dedicated book of business for sales teams located in south Texas.
  • Responsibilities: Relationship development with current clients and executing tactical service strategies (RFPs, enrollments, billing, claims, presentations, Excel spreadsheets, and renewal marketing). They will rely on you to keep action items moving through the process.
  • Experience: At least five (5) years of group life & health insurance industry experience. Must have an active L&H insurance license and experience working in a similar client service capacity for a benefits insurance organization (carrier, agency, or third party).
