About the Role
A small, independent insurance agency is looking for an experienced Personal Lines CSR to join their team in Beverly Hills.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Service existing personal lines accounts (home, auto, etc.).
- Process endorsements, answer phone calls, educate clients regarding insurance needs, and provide estimates to increase or add coverage.
Skills & Experience
- At least 2-3 years of personal lines customer service experience; must include some time spent with an independent insurance agency.
- Experience with pricing and policy terms/conditions through Mercury Insurance, the agency’s primary insurance carrier. Additional exposure to carriers like Travelers, Safeco, and Progressive is helpful but not required.
- Active state insurance license.
