Job Summary:

The role interacts regularly with assigned MOCs, State Managers and sales leaders to understand regional results, goals and priorities. The Sr Consultant is responsible for identifying expanded market needs, gaps and opportunities and effectively communicating all information to Ivantage leadership and relevant Ivantage team members. Additionally, the role communicates Ivantage strategies to regional leadership and State Managers to obtain alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for the identification, analysis and implementation of expanded market program opportunities
Responsible for understanding regional requirements (product need, expected volumes and constraints, etc) and the opportunities for Ivantage to provide products to support Allstate and Ivantage strategies
Develops strong relationships with internal parties within the MOC and Allstate State Management teams
Plans, implements, manages, and/or contributes on program launch projects that are up to moderate complexity and are small to moderate scale using accepted project management standards
Forecasts short-term deliverables
Functions as a liaison between regions and vendor systems or other areas of responsibility as required based on the projects to which they are assigned
Has intermediate knowledge of products and is able to use data sources and Office applications to conduct research on program utilization and production trends, producing actionable recommendations to optimize programs
Identifies and resolves basic to moderately complex data issues
Can analyze data and review analysis from others

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
3 or more years of related experience

Functional Skills:

Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to effectively collaborate with multi-disciplinary groups and all organizational levels
Advanced knowledge of the use of data sources and applications to conduct research
Advanced organizational and project management skills in order to handle multiple concurrent assignments in a timely manner
Intermediate presentation skills
Can analyze data and review moderately complex analysis from others
Able to identify and resolve data issues
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office: Intermediate Excel, Intermediate Word, Intermediate Outlook
Continually seeks opportunities for learning and development within their discipline(s)
Helps to train team members or peers

Limited travel may be required

Compensation offered for this role is$68,000.00-$75,000.00 per yearand is based on experience and qualifications.
