Compensation Overview

The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

Salary Range

$83,800.00 - $138,200.00

What Is the Opportunity?

The Sr Consultant, Corporate Real Estate coordinates and facilitates corporate real estate activities within an assigned portfolio. Supports business operations through the delivery of real estate solutions at optimal cost.

Responsibilities include: Overseeing Facility Management related projects. * Assisting in the management of Travelers owned facilities. * Overseeing and managing facility operations at owned locations. * Management of all aspects of facility operations, , owned construction, and other related projects
1, as assigned. * Financial analysis, modeling and reporting. * Providing reports for departments within and outside of the Administrative Services organization. * Creating presentations for illustrating current facility status and projected future planning. * Serve as subject matter expert on building trades related topics.

What Will You Do?

  • Serve as Traveler's primary contact for Facility Management (base building) - Collaborate with CBRE's planning, and execution of facility related projects.
  • Ensure FM related projects are cost effective and resource utilization driven.
  • Participate/Collaborate in CBRE led discussions with Engineers, Architects on facility improvement and maintenance plans.
  • Manage operating budgets.
  • Supports the preparation of the annual owned budget.
  • Manage and assist in resolution of facility related issues and emergencies, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Prepares suitable materials for presentation to senior management.
  • Conduct inspections and assess condition and functionality of existing facilities.
  • In collaboration with leadership, supports reporting and other projects, as assigned.
  • With assistance, conducts financial/business analysis including the preparation of financial presentations.
  • Provide expert guidance, oversight, and advice on building trades, including construction methods, materials, and systems to support decision making processes and optimize property performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement sustainable and energy efficient facility practices.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in facility management, incorporating them into strategy and operations.
  • Conduct regular assessments of service quality, efficiency, and compliance with CBRE FM team.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.  

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Commercial Real Estate, building trades, property management, or related field required.
  • 1+ years' experience in, or exposure to, the disciplines of Real Estate and Real Estate Law, Space Planning, or Facilities/Property Management is required.

Education, Work Experience, & Knowledge

  • Bachelor's degree with concentration in business administration, real estate, finance or related degree preferred.
  • Ability to forecast and prepare financial analysis.

Job Specific Technical Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience with Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point.
