Insurance Placement Solutions has an immediate opening for a Non-Standard Auto Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster with our client. As a member of our client’s claims team, utilize your knowledge of non-standard claims to independently investigate, evaluate and resolve assigned claims in order to achieve appropriate outcomes. In this position, you will administer and resolve claims in a timely manner in accordance with legal statutes, policy provisions, and company guidelines.

Non-Standard Auto Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage the claim investigation, primarily handling non-standard claims; including interviewing all involved parties, collecting/ evaluating documentation, and securing evidence
  • Analyze obtained documentation and evidence, evaluate coverage, determine liability and extent of damages
  • Effectively document records, update status notes, results of external information gathering, and other relevant reports and opinions
  • Process payment of claims
  • Work well with others in a fast-paced environment

Experience

  • 2+ years of experience handling non-standard auto bodily injury claims as a claims adjuster

Licensing

  • An active Texas and/or Florida adjuster license is required

Education

  • A high school diploma required or equivalent
