Workers Compensation Claims Examiner

Minimum of 3 years as an Examiner in CA claims specifically. Required to get SIP within one year of being hired. Must have a stable work history, and being bilingual in Spanish is a plus. Covering Los Angeles, CA claims. This position is to work from home and be a drivable distance from any of the CA offices to attend 8 meetings a year. The position is hourly at 37.5/week and $85,700-$100,000/year and offers Excellent Benefits. The Senior Claims Examiner will adjust workers' compensation claims from inception through settlements and closure ensuring timely processing of claims and payment of benefits managing and directing medical treatment, setting reserves, and negotiating settlements.
