About the Role
Full service commercial insurance and risk management firm focused on the hospitality and commercial real estate industry. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their expanding team. The Account Manager will play a pivotal role in servicing and managing client accounts within the hospitality portfolio.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to clients, handling all aspects of account management from submissions to invoicing, ensuring a seamless experience
- Effectively manage and service a book of business with $1 million to $1.5 million in premium
- Prepare and submit insurance applications, develop comprehensive proposals, and effectively communicate coverage options to clients
- Issue certificates of insurance, manage invoicing processes, and ensure accurate and timely financial transactions
Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance account management, preferably in Main Street America multi-line accounts
- Strong service orientation with a proven ability to independently handle the end-to-end account management process
- Familiarity with hospitality insurance is advantageous but not mandatory
- Proficiency in EPIC or similar agency management systems
Compensation, Benefits, & Perks
