Conduct investigations of various auto and property claims over the phone, accurately recording information, and analyzing photos and police/medical reports. You will also determine coverage and liability by applying provisions of policy contracts in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality procedures. Use your people skills and business smarts to provide excellent customer service by communicating with policyholders, claimants and vendors to promptly resolve problems.
Knowledge of investigation and negotiation techniques, as well as legal, auto and comparative negligence concepts, fraud recognition and insurance coverages
