We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Operations Manager to join our Commercial Lines team in Atlanta. This role offers a hybrid work environment, with two days in the office each week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor Account Managers (AMs) and Senior Account Managers (Sr AMs) in our Atlanta office.
  • Ensure the smooth operation and efficiency of the branch.
  • Implement and oversee operational policies and procedures.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide feedback to the team.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic plans.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Address client concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.


  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of commercial lines account management experience.
  • Licensing: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
  • Supervisory Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role, managing AMs and Sr AMs.
  • Industry Background: Must have experience working in a brokerage environment; candidates with State Farm, Allstate, or similar exclusive experience need not apply.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, mentoring, and team-building capabilities.
  • Operational Expertise: In-depth knowledge of branch operations and best practices.
  • Client Management: Proven ability to handle client issues and maintain high satisfaction levels.
