Commercial Lines Account Manager - Large Construction Accounts

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team, specializing in handling large construction accounts. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional with a strong background in Commercial Lines and a passion for building and maintaining client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and service large construction accounts with revenues exceeding $30,000.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met effectively.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving any issues.
• Collaborate with underwriters to secure the best coverage and terms for clients.
• Utilize Epic software to manage accounts and documentation efficiently.
• Participate in and contribute to team meetings and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Commercial Lines, with a focus on large accounts.
• Strong knowledge of construction and generalist large accounts.
• Experience with Captive programs is a plus.
• Proficiency in Epic software is highly desirable.
• Proven relationship-building skills. Trustworthy, ethical, and self-motivated with a team-oriented mindset.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
