ABOUT THE ROLE

Tech Enabled rapidly growing insurance company focusing on small commercial E&S property & casualty risks, seeks a Product Insights & Data Research Manager to join their team to lead the identification, analysis, and creation of rules for optimizing pricing, risk selection, and operations, using internal and third party data solutions

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the identification, analysis, and creation of rules for optimizing pricing, risk selection, and operations, using internal and third party data solutions.

Lead the vendor management for new and existing data vendors.

Responsible for reporting on the growth and profitability.

Provide technical direction & support to team members across data modeling, data manipulation, visualization, predictive modeling, reporting and automation projects.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

5+ years of analytical work experience, including influencing leadership decisions using data analysis or predictive modeling.

Expert skills in processing complex data from multiple sources to create analyses and reports.

Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.

Strong technical skills with proficiency in Excel and SQL.
