Insurance Product Manager – remote

ABOUT THE ROLE

Tech Enabled rapidly growing insurance company focusing on small commercial E&S property & casualty risks, seeks Insurance Product Manager to join their team to help identify opportunities to improve coverages.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify opportunities to improve coverages, recommend solution alternatives.

Support research competitors’ forms and appetite across different market verticals.

Leads management of existing products based on core business metrics.

Collaborates closely with technical product management and engineering to ensure accurate implementation of insurance product requirements.

Underwrite complex underwriting referrals and exceptions to the core guidelines and use learnings to optimize the underwriting algorithm.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

4+ years of related insurance experience in P&C commercial lines in underwriting, analytics or actuarial related roles.

Ability process complex data from multiple sources to create analyses and reports.

Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.

Strong technical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerBI, SQL.

Excellent written and verbal skills- ability to work in a team environment.
