Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee all sales initiatives targeting retail insurance agents
- Craft comprehensive sales strategies to drive growth
- Manage and develop a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Business Development Managers (BDMs)
- Transition the company to a structured, systematic sales process, ensuring scalability and consistency
- Utilize data and analytics to shape sales strategies, track key metrics, and generate performance reports
- Oversee the SDR team’s outreach efforts, build strong relationships with insurance agents and partners, and represent the company at industry events
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within the insurance or insurtech industry
- Strong relationships within the retail agency and broker community
- Demonstrated success in building and managing high-performing sales teams
- Expertise in sales processes and methodologies
- Ability to use data and analytics to inform sales strategies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Compensation
$150,000 to $180,000 + bonus + equity
