Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee all sales initiatives targeting retail insurance agents
  • Craft comprehensive sales strategies to drive growth
  • Manage and develop a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Business Development Managers (BDMs)
  • Transition the company to a structured, systematic sales process, ensuring scalability and consistency
  • Utilize data and analytics to shape sales strategies, track key metrics, and generate performance reports
  • Oversee the SDR team’s outreach efforts, build strong relationships with insurance agents and partners, and represent the company at industry events

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within the insurance or insurtech industry
  • Strong relationships within the retail agency and broker community
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing high-performing sales teams
  • Expertise in sales processes and methodologies
  • Ability to use data and analytics to inform sales strategies
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

Compensation

$150,000 to $180,000 + bonus + equity
