Focused on profitable growth through superior underwriting as well as providing an exceptional work culture for their ever-expanding team of highly talented staff.  Our client currently seeks a talented Human Resources professional join their organization.

 

 

 

The Human Resources Assistant Director is a key leadership role that requires an experienced HR professional to support the HR needs of the business units of the organization, while also handling other important functions within HR.  

 

 

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Business Partner: Acting as a liaison between HR and the business units. Providing guidance to management and employees for HR-related matters and helping resolve issues, as needed.

 

HR Leadership: Working with the HR Director to mentor the HR team.

 

Preparing and delivering impactful presentations and training sessions.

 

HR Project Management: Coordinating and supporting cross-functional teams to execute strategic HR projects.

 

Compliance:  Spearheading compliance initiatives and partnering with the HRIS & Compliance Specialist to ensure accurate and timely submission and auditing of HR-related regulatory filings.

 

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

 

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university required, preferably with a major in HR or a related field.

 

A minimum of 7+ years of progressive HR experience.

 

Working knowledge of the full spectrum of HR functions (e.g., Recruiting, T&D, Payroll, Employee Relations, Benefits and Compensation).

 

SHRM or HRCI designation strongly preferred.
