What You Will Do
- Quality Assessment & Production: Lead virtual and field claims staff, assessing estimate quality and driving production metrics to ensure optimal performance in auto claims management.
- Claims Investigation & Appraisal: Expertly investigate, evaluate, and appraise vehicle damage claims, ensuring accurate determinations for repairable and total loss vehicles.
- Peer Leadership: Consistently achieve top peer status in driving claim metrics, including productivity, customer service, and file quality.
- DRP Management: Oversee multiple Direct Repair Program shops to enforce best practices and enhance customer service and cycle times.
- Training & Development: Develop and implement strategies for technical training, maintaining a leading position in loss leakage metrics year-over-year.
- Quality Control: Enhance team quality through re-inspections of estimates, proactively addressing discrepancies and ensuring adherence to standards.
- Customer Service Excellence: Achieve and maintain an impressive 86% customer service rating over a decade, demonstrating a commitment to client satisfaction.
- Innovative Pilot Programs: Spearhead initiatives such as the Virtual Supplement Unit and imaging estimate programs, collaborating with shops to drive growth and efficiency.
- Digital Tools Utilization: Leverage digital tools for evaluating complex claims, including total loss, theft recovery, and heavy auto claims, while managing remote investigations.
- Subrogation & Fraud Detection: Analyze claims for potential subrogation opportunities and identify fraud indicators, collaborating with the Special Investigative Unit as necessary.

· Previous experience in insurance, claims processing, catastrophe, crisis or operations management
