ABOUT THE ROLE
Tech Enabled rapidly growing insurance company focusing on small commercial E&S property & casualty risks, seeks Insurance Product Development professionals at various levels of experience join their team to help identify opportunities to improve coverages.
Opportunity to join a dynamic organization with an ambitious go-to-market schedule of launching multiple new products and markets with a high growth trajectory. Positions available at Associate to Director level.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead development of new products and new market verticals by helping perform compliance review, competitive analysis and building supporting data analysis/exhibits.
Research competitors’ forms and appetite across different market verticals.
Identify opportunities to improve coverages, recommend solution alternatives, and coordinate with other areas to implement improvements.
Collaborates closely with technical product management and engineering to ensure accurate implementation of insurance product requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
4 to 10+ years of related insurance experience in P&C commercial lines in underwriting, analytics or actuarial related roles depending on position.
Strong understanding of ISO coverage forms, endorsements, and rules with how they interact with underwriting appetite and rating.
Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
