ABOUT THE ROLE
Our client is a dynamic and growing Estate Planning & Executive Benefits Consulting Firm that seeks an Event Coordinator to join their team. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Event Coordinator to oversee and manage a variety of events, including tradeshows, golf outings, charity auctions, conferences and other off-site engagements. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills to ensure events run smoothly from planning to post-event feedback collection.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain a comprehensive calendar of events, including tradeshows, golf outings, charity auctions, conferences, and sponsored gatherings.
Coordinate & manage tabletop booths, banners, marketing materials, & promotional giveaway items.
Serve as the primary liaison with the company’s printing vendor for marketing materials, banners, etc.
Act as the primary point of contact between internal consultants and conference managers.
Coordinate travel, lodging, and other logistical arrangements for participating consultants.
Maintain event budgets, ensuring cost-effective resource utilization.
Collect feedback from consultants after events to assess outcomes and gather leads.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Previous experience in event coordination, marketing, or a similar role.
Familiarity with tradeshow logistics and marketing material management.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Budget management experience, including financial reporting and invoice tracking.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and event management tools.
